The hotel location is convenient and easy to access, with a few nearby attractions and shops. the room decor is stylish, and the bed is comfortable with good quality linens. the bathroom is quite small and unclean, with poor ventilation. some members of the staff are friendly and helpful, but the overall service is slow and inefficient with a lack of attention to detail.

We had a satisfying stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the welcoming staff who made us feel at home, clean and spacious rooms, and the tasty inclusive breakfast. The hotel facilities were also impressive.

The hotel offered a competitive price and was located within walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch.

The staff could have been more attentive in general, especially during check-in and when handling customer requests. The hotel lacked basic amenities such as an elevator and shampoo in the rooms.

The room was incredibly spacious and quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The staff, especially Ms. Negar and Ms. Layla, were extremely friendly and respectful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant staff also provided excellent service. We were impressed by the flexibility of the check-in times and the convenient location near the metro station and shopping mall. the quality of service and comfort provided by this venue exceeded our expectations.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and an efficient air conditioner. the breakfast was quite satisfying, with a decent variety of hot food, fresh bread and pastries, and fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. the location was very convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and several tourist attractions within walking distance.

The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, and their English skills were somewhat limited. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow at times, which was frustrating when trying to complete work or use social media.
